The National Center of the Haitian Apostolate is a Catholic nonprofit ministry. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration counsel. Below you will find direct links to Catholic legal organizations, official USCIS resources, and prayers for this time of trial.
We Begin With Prayer
The TPS situation is causing real fear and pain for Haitian families across the United States. The NCHA believes that before anything else, we must pray. Whatever the courts decide, your dignity as a child of God is not at stake. The Church sees you. We are with you.
Prayer in Time of Trial
Lord God, you are the refuge of the poor and the hope of the displaced. Be with our families who face uncertainty, fear, and the threat of separation. Strengthen them with your peace. Protect their children. Guide those who make decisions over their lives. And may your Church be a true home for all who are far from home. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
