The NCHA Pastoral Leadership Institute proposes two parallel formation programs designed to identify, form, and commission lay faithful within the Haitian Catholic community in the United States.
Each program is structured as a six-week online seminar, meets once weekly, and culminates in a public commissioning at the participant’s home parish under the authority of the local pastor and in coordination with the National Center.
Both programs incorporate prerecorded sessions led by Bishop Fabre-Jeune to provide pastoral grounding, theological clarity, and the formative weight appropriate to programs bearing the name of the National Center of the Haitian Apostolate.
